The Quran Educators provides online Quran learning services, including:

4. Payment & Subscription

• All course fees must be paid in advance.
• Fees are non-transferable.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to classes.

5. Class Scheduling & Attendance

• Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and tutor.
• Students must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a class.
• Frequent absences without prior notice may result in the suspension of services.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students must be respectful towards instructors and fellow learners.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Disruptive students may be removed from the program without a refund.

8. Termination of Services

The Quran Educators reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• A user violates these Terms of Service.
• A user engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• Payment obligations are not met.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Quran Educators is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent class participation.
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress depends on individual effort.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
