At The Quran Educators, we strive to provide quality education and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- The student has not attended more than two classes after enrollment.
- A refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
- The classes have not started due to a delay on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the student has attended more than two classes.
- If the refund request is made after 7 days of payment.
- If the student voluntarily discontinues the course after starting.
- If the student fails to attend scheduled classes without prior notice.
- If technical issues on the studentโs end prevent participation in online sessions.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at support@thequraneducators.com with your payment receipt and reason for the request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during enrollment.
4. Course Cancellation by The Quran Educators
In the rare event that The Quran Educators cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
